Do you ship nationwide, and when is shipping free?

Yes — we ship across the Philippines. Orders over ₱2,000 ship free; below that a flat metro/provincial rate is calculated at checkout. First-flush batches ship within 1–2 business days.

What does “single-cultivar” actually mean?

Most matcha is a rotating blend of whatever leaves are cheapest that season. Ours is a fixed proprietary blend of three named cultivars from one Uji estate — so every tin tastes the same kind of good, batch after batch.

How do I prepare a proper cup?

Sift 1–2 grams (about half a teaspoon) into a bowl, add 60–70ml of water just off the boil (around 80°C), and whisk briskly in an “M” or “W” motion for 15–20 seconds until frothy. For a latte, use less water and top with steamed milk.

How much caffeine is in a serving?

Roughly 130–140mg per ceremonial serving — comparable to a strong coffee, but paired with L-theanine for calm, crash-free focus.

How should I store my matcha?

Keep the tin sealed, away from light, heat, and moisture. After opening, use within 4–6 weeks for peak flavour. You can refrigerate it, but let it return to room temperature before opening to avoid condensation.

What is your returns policy?

If something arrives damaged or isn’t right, email us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it good with a replacement or refund. For food-safety reasons we can’t accept opened tins unless there’s a quality issue.
